Chris Holland’s street registered beetle would have to be one of the quickest street VW’s around. This turbo charged beetle is putting to the ground over 200 hp on pump fuel. It recently took out quickest street registered VW at the Portland event.
Continual improvements have been made in recent years to get this car to where it is today and with plans for continual improvements, we will see this beetle making more power and better ET’s.
This is truly a street/strip car with drag racing in mind, Chris has full intentions of racing this car in a full steel body and weight set up in ANDRA’s Super Street class on a regular basis.
