John's love of Volkswagens took him to the US in the search for a Split Screen Bus.
Not happy with its ride and needing some Engineering and a Blue Slip, John enlisted CBB's help to achieve a safe daily driven bus.
The inclusion of a CBB modified bay window disc brake ball joint beam, saw the end of the tired link pin beam. The addition of a CBB rear disc brake kit and power booster upgrade inproved the braking efficiency two fold.
Retractable front seat belts fitted up front for the driver and passenger and a full set of lap belts in the rear provided the saftey and peace of mind for John to commute his family on their daily trips.
Some minor adjustments to the exhaust and some wiring to the rear red and amber tail light lenses allowed for an Engineered and Blue Slipped Left Hook Split Screen Bus.
John is now out enjoying his 1967 Split Screen on our roads on a daily basis.
